We may collect your name, email address, phone number, team name, previous division, package and region selections, add-on interests, custom scheduling requests, questions you send us, and the email address you submit to join the mailing list. We also receive basic technical and usage information through website hosting and analytics services.
How we use it
We use this information to administer pre-registration, respond to questions, communicate about availability and payment timing, organize captain consultations, send receipts and secure edit links, send requested mailing-list updates and announcements, and improve the registration experience. No payment information is collected through this pre-registration form.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, analytics and operational records. They receive information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect our rights, users or services.
