Together, Jenn Clarke, Cole St. Pierre and Jasper Fitch form the league's day-to-day team.

Jenn Clarke
Jenn brings more than 20 years of experience in sporting goods and operations, with a practical understanding of what keeps a sports business running and thousands of games managed as a timekeeper and administrator.

Cole St. Pierre
Cole knows hockey from the ice to the front office. He has served as Director of Business Operations and is now an owner of the NPHL’s County Royals. He has worn nearly every hat in the world of rec hockey.

Jasper Fitch
Fresh off his junior hockey career in Nova Scotia, Jasper brings a player’s perspective to the team and recently graduated from NSCC’s Business Administration program.

Michael Sullivan
Ownership team
Michael is the kind of engineer who likes turning messy problems into practical answers. He spent his engineering career building client-facing solutions and now brings that same analytical mindset to entrepreneurial work across sport, travel and tourism. He still makes time to play rec hockey.
Sara Campbell
Ownership team
Sara has spent the past two years as a sport business professor at Laurentian University, bringing 15 years of hockey experience into the classroom. Before teaching, she spent eight years at the NHL, where she worked in the NHL Situation Room as Senior Manager of In-Game Communications, and also spent seven years in the OHL. She holds an MBA from Laurentian University.
Tyler Fitch
Ownership team
Born and raised in Ottawa, Tyler spent his minor hockey career playing with the Goulbourn Rams, then worked with the Ottawa Senators during his university days. He also worked in the equipment room of the Ottawa REDBLACKS during their inaugural season. He then spent six years with the Edmonton Oilers and the past five years operating rec hockey leagues across Canada. He also serves as Executive Director of the Business of Hockey Institute. A former referee-in-chief and referee, Tyler has hung up the skates for now. He holds an MBA in Hockey Management.

Our insurer is completing its final review. The finished rulebook will set out the format, what captains need to know on game night and the other important rule changes next week. The current working document is not the final rulebook.

We are exploring practical perks, recognition and experiences around that work. We will start with ideas we can deliver well, then shape the program with captains instead of publishing a fixed benefits list before it is ready.
Captain’s Club is separate from the Captain Advisory Committee. The club is about recognition and benefits. The committee is about captain input into the league.
Looking beyond league nights
Canadian Tire Centre
We have secured the rights to host Ottawa Rec Hockey games at Canadian Tire Centre.
See the arena opportunity
That access gives us the foundation for a Be a Pro experience where Ottawa teams can play at the Canadian Tire Centre.
We are now turning those rights into a format that works for teams, game operations and the arena. We will explain how teams can take part once the format and dates are confirmed.
