What the offer includes

22 guaranteed games

20 regular-season games plus 2–6 playoff games in a double-elimination format.

Team jersey

A league-provided team jersey is included with registration.

Senators team night

One ticket and a night organized for the team.

Photo night

One guaranteed game night with a photographer.

Managed team

League-selected captain and ongoing roster support.

Roster approach: teams may carry up to 18 skaters, and every registered skater may attend every team game. Past free-agent attendance patterns show that a handful of players are typically absent on a given night, so this depth is intended to keep the team competitive while producing roughly three lines at typical attendance. If a team regularly dresses more than 15 skaters, the league will review the situation with the team and discuss whether an appropriate fee credit should be considered. A credit is not automatic or guaranteed.

Starts after Thanksgiving

The earliest free-agent team will begin after Thanksgiving weekend. Your final offer will confirm the expected start window before you decide.

Preferred-sub opportunities

We plan to place registered free agents on a preferred-sub list, giving them priority visibility when captains ask the league for suitable players on other teams. Opportunities will depend on team needs, fit and availability, and no additional game is guaranteed.

Player rewards

The offer also includes planned early access to our soon-to-launch player rewards program. Program details and timing will be shared as the launch is finalized.

Payment plan

$50 refundable deposit, then monthly payments.

After this form, you will continue to Stripe for a $50 deposit. If you later accept a matching final offer, the deposit is credited toward the first 25% installment due September 30. The rest of that installment is charged September 30, followed by 25% of the total at each month-end from October through December.

Refund policy: The $50 deposit is fully refundable until the player accepts a final offer matching the selected package and guaranteed region. The league will refund it if the league cannot make a compatible offer by October 15, 2026. Once the player accepts, the deposit is credited toward the season fee and the normal cancellation policy applies.

These answers help us shape possible alternatives. They are not offers, promises or automatic discounts. Reductions would be evaluated independently and would not automatically stack. Any different placement, role or price would be confirmed in your individual final offer.

Either-region Flex placement

Would you consider a team that could be placed in either East or West, with no regional guarantee?

Later-start Flex team

Would you consider a team starting later in the fall, assigned to either region, for $549 plus HST? It includes 18 regular-season games plus at least two double-elimination playoff games, with a game-time mix weighted toward 10:00 p.m. and later. Suitable substitute opportunities may be offered while that team is forming.

Every team will have a league-designated captain. Captains help set the tone, coordinate attendance, welcome substitutes, communicate with the league and handle ordinary team questions.
